FAQ
1. Where's my download?
After you successfully complete payment, a download screen will pop up on your browser with a clickable link. Additionally, you will be sent an email with a download link included. This email is separate to your order confirmation email, so you will receive 2 emails from us in total. If you can't immediately see these emails in your inbox, please check your spam, bin, deleted items, or all mail folder. If after 30 minutes you still haven't received your emails, contact us on hello@thenoiseratio.com for help.
2. Which payment methods do you accept?
Right now we accept most credit and debit cards, and Paypal.
3. Why can't I get my credit card payment to go through?
The most common reason for credit card payment problems is a bank verification mismatch of name or address details held on file for the card. Other reasons can be a typing error with the card details, or insufficient funds. Occasionally, if you are making the purchase from an unusual location or for an unusually large value, your bank may automatically block the transaction for your own security, and you will need to contact them to personally authorise it.
4. Can I get a refund on my digitally downloaded product?
We don't offer refunds on digitally downloaded products.
5. I have a licensing query about one of your sound libraries?
The license agreement for any sound libraries purchased from our site is made between you and the creator of the sound library. The Noise Ratio is purely a sales intermediary. All our sound libraries have information about the creator shown on our site along with the product listing. Additionally, there is a copy of the license and creator FAQ link/contact details for any questions included in your download pack. Please refer to the license, or follow up directly with the library creator for any usage or licensing queries.
