Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at The Noise Ratio.
Prior to Your purchase, We recommend that You review Our policy on returns and refunds. The following terms are applicable for any Goods that You purchase from The Noise Ratio.

Interpretations and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
 Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Popbangfizz Limited, 30-32 Gildredge Rd Eastbourne East Sussex BN21 4SH, trading as The Noise Ratio.
 Goods/Items/Products refer to the Products offered for sale on the Service.
 Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
 Service refers to the Website.
 Website refers to The Noise Ratio, accessible at URL thenoiseratio.com
 You, Your means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the Company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

Digital Downloads

When You purchase digitally downloaded Products from Us, you must waive your 14 day order cancellation right in order to access and use the digitally delivered Product/s immediately. Therefore You are automatically deemed to have waived Your 14 day cancellation right when You download any digitally delivered Products from The Noise Ratio.

When You download digital Products from the The Noise Ratio, You give the following warranties:

  • You have checked that the format of the digital Product is correct and compatible for Your intended purpose before commencing download.
  • You have read the full digital Product information and/or addressed any queries to hello@thenoiseratio.com, and have verified that the digital Product is correct and compatible for Your intended purpose, before commencing download.

Returning Physically Shipped Products

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 14 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party You have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the Product delivered.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of Your decision by sending an email to hello@thenoiseratio.com with all the detail including Your order number and date of purchase.

We will refund You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used when You paid for the Order.

We will reimburse You for the original cost of delivery of the order to You, however We do not pay for return postage or courier.

Faulty or Damaged Products

Please check the Product to be sure it is what You ordered, and has not been damaged in transit, as soon as You receive it.

If the Item is faulty or damaged, please be sure to email Us on hello@thenoiseratio.com immediately to let Us know there's a problem.
Send Us photographs and full detail.

We'll do our best to put it right for You as quickly as We can.

Conditions for Return

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were received by You in the last 14 days
  • The Goods are received back by Us in or accompanied by the original packaging. (It's ok if you want to use additional packaging to ensure there is no damage in transit from You to Us)
  • The Goods are undamaged (unless you have an authorised return for a damaged or faulty item)
  • If items of clothing are being returned, please ensure that if you tried them on, there are no marks or odours left on the garment. If the clothing has clear signs that it has been worn, including but not exclusive to marks and/or odours, or any we reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse a refund.

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • Any type of digitally downloadable products.
  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other Items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in Our sole discretion.

We are not responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods.
